The Overcharged Fortification buff isn’t working in delves.
When I run into an Electric Sapper I’m getting rooted even though I have the console fully upgraded.
Are you shielding the damage? You don’t get the Fortification effect unless you’re willing to take the DoT.
not that I know of
I just run thru them for the buff, sometimes 3 at a time to get the stacks.
