Over 400 islands and nothing to show

This island system has been a weird, hot mess since the beginning. Loot tables changing, drop rates increasing, mob density and scaling changes. I’ve done sooo many islands and yet to receive a mount and receive cosmetics my toon can’t even wear for mog. I’ve deleted so many of the same pet it’s funny.

Sine the beginning I’ve farmed island for the mounts. Targeting nothing but rares as best I could, rarely losing. Currency system was put in place with rewards I have no interest in minus a 1000 doubloon bird. Are the drop rates this absurd for the mounts and really not tied to the types of mog my toon can wear? It’s still early in the expansion but honestly if you’re gonna be adding rewards to this system the entire time, the “actual” rewards available shouldn’t be this ludicrous

I have the same issue with lottery tickets. I guess the system must be broken.

You should be putting the gear and extra pets on the AH. You have thrown away quite a bit of gold.

I just got a surf jelly this morning, after at least a thousand runs of heroic. I am still a little shocked.

Why are you deleting pets. I just bought my last one for 18k on the auction house this morning.

I have run maybe 50 and I have gotten 3 pets and one pair of plate bracers. I am ok with this drop rate. If I get the mount, great. If I don’t, oh well. What I really want is the Greatsword of Northern Kings. Luckily I can just buy it if the expansion starts to close and it still hasn’t dropped for me.

I haven’t gotten anything besides Azerite. RNGsus has always hated me but especially so this expansion.

You should have caged the pets and sold them

What everyone else says. Learn them, then go into your pet journal and cage them. You can make tons of gold with it.

They need to make the mounts sellable on the AH or put all of the mounts on the dubloon vendor. As it currently stands it’s an impossible grind for those who care about collecting them.

The mounts actually have such a terrible drop rate that I am seriously considering just farming them next expansion instead when you can clear the expeditions much faster. It’ll save thousands of hours.

I’ve run… two. LOL

I have no desire to touch those things. I don’t do timed instances or scenarios.
