I need two quests to complete Outside Influences - Battle Tested and Be Kind, Rewind - I’m wondering if I need to go to Mechagon to see if those quests are available or no.
I use the WQAchievements add-on and these show on characters who have unlocked the island. It seems like Toys for Destruction is always up. I’m not sure if that is a glitch or I just tend to notice it more often.

I started working on the Mechagon meta this week and have a couple updates for you, since I don’t think these quests you need will show in the addon I suggested.
Be Kind, Rewind - you need to craft and use the Personal Time Displacer item at the tinker bench, do the two dailies in the alternate timeline (Adapt, Improve, Overcome! and The Final Act, then kill the Rusty Prince rare to get the Be Kind, Rewind quest. You’ll need an armored vaultbot key for this quest, so craft one in advance. From what I read, the Prince is never up when Chromie is available to send you to the timeline directly, so you need to use the displacer. But, if you don’t have the blueprint for the displacer, you’ll need to wait until Chromie is up to send you back to do The Other Place daily, and it should drop from the clockwork giants.
Battle Tested - You need to do the Toys for Destruction daily with Rocket-Chief Fuselage, then he’ll give you two followup quests, one is Battle Tested. It seems all three of these are up every day.
