Dodging an attack will trigger Mastery: Main Gauche. This effect may only occur once every 1 sec.

The Scoundrel's Greeting - Passive

Accumulate 1 stack of Formality every 1 sec that you are in Stealth or there are no enemies within melee range, stacking up to 10 times.

Each stack increases your chance to dodge and the chance of your next Sinister Strike to strike an additional time by 10%. All stacks are consumed whenever you dodge an attack or Sinister Strike strikes an additional time.

Formality stacks consumed to dodge an attack while Evasion is active instead increase the duration of Evasion by 0.2 secs per stack, up to 2 additional secs.

Killing Spree - Active

Finishing move that teleports you to an enemy within 10 yds, striking with both weapons for Physical damage. Number of strikes increased per combo point.

100% of damage taking during effect is delayed, instead taken over 8 sec.

Choice Node

Killing Spree - Active

Finishing move where you rapidly strike and teleport between enemies within 10 yds, prioritizing your initial target and those you haven't struck yet.

During Killing Spree, you are granted the effects of Evasion, Feint and are immune to movement impairing, forced movement, and loss of control effects.

Duration and number of strikes increases per combo point. Killing Spree refunds up to 50% of its cooldown and combo points based on the number of unused strikes.


Blade Rush - Active

Charge your target with your blades out, dealing Physical damage to the target and half that amount to all other nearby enemies.

While Blade Flurry is active, damage to non-primary targets is increased to 100%.

Generates 25 Energy over 5 sec.

(Note: All hero talents which work through Killing Spree now also work with Blade Rush)

Ambidexterity - Passive

Main Gauche has an additional 5% chance to strike while Blade Flurry is active.

The Scoundrel's Parley - Passive

Any Rogue ability which successfully interrupts, causes a loss of control effect, or reduces or negates incoming damage will generate 1 stack of Formality for every Roll the Bones effect you have active. This effect cannot occur more often than once per 2 secs.

Triple Threat - Passive

Sinister Strike has a 15% chance to strike with both weapons after it strikes an additional time.

Extra attacks with Sinister Strike trigger Mastery: Main Gauche.

Improved Main Gauche - Passive

Main Gauche has an additional 5% chance to strike.

Improved Main Gauche - Passive

You gain 10% additional Mastery from all sources, and Mastery now also slightly increases your chance to trigger Mastery: Main Gauche.

Underhanded Upper Hand - Passive

Blade Flurry does not lose duration during Adrenaline Rush.

Adrenaline Rush does not lose duration while Stealthed.

Hidden Opportunity - Passive

Effects that grant a chance for Sinister Strike to strike an additional time also apply to Ambush at 80% of their value.

Extra strikes with Ambush make your next Pistol Shot half cost and double damage.

Blade Rush - Active

Charge your target with your blades out, dealing Physical damage to the target and half that amount to all other nearby enemies.

While Blade Flurry is active, damage to non-primary targets is increased to 100%.

Generates 25 Energy over 5 sec.

Fate's Requiem - Passive

You gain additional bonuses based on your active effects from Roll the Bones:

Broadside: Spending full combo points supercharges a combo point.

Buried Treasure: Energy generation increased by 100% based on missing Energy.

Grand Melee: Prevents Blade Flurry from losing duration and causes Adrenaline Rush to lose its duration at half its normal rate.

Ruthless Precision: Your critical strike chance also increases your critical strike damage.

Skull and Crossbones: Additional strikes from Sinister Strike can trigger off of themselves.

True Bearing: Offensive abilities which complete their cooldown increase the duration of your active Roll the Bones effects by 1 sec.

Precise Cuts - Passive

Blade Flurry damage is increased by an additional 4% per missing target below its maximum.

Precise Cuts - Passive

Blade Flurry damage is increased by an additional 4% per missing target below its maximum.

Blade Flurry no longer strikes targets which are under crowd control effects that could be broken by damage. This effect does not apply to Blade Flurry's initial damage.

Take 'em by Surprise - Passive (2 Ranks)

Haste increased by 10% while Stealthed and for 20 sec after breaking Stealth.

Open Rogueplay - Passive (2 Ranks)

Sap, Pick Pocket, Distract, and Cheap Shot no longer require Stealth, though using Sap or Cheap Shot outside of Stealth incur a (60 / 30) sec cooldown until you Stealth again.

Ambush also causes its victim to bleed for (20% / 40%) of the damage done over 6 sec. This effect stacks.

Effects that grant a chance for Sinister Strike to strike an additional time also apply to Ambush at 80% of their value.

Insult to Injury - Passive

Ambush refreshes the cooldown of Between the Eyes.

Crackshot - Passive

Entering Stealth refreshes the cooldown of Between the Eyes.

Between the Eyes has no cooldown and also Dispatches the target for 50% of normal damage when used from Stealth.

Fate's Journey - Passive

Roll the Bones no longer removes any previous effects, and acquiring all 6 effects from Roll the Bones simultaneously triggers a 7th effect which lasts for 30 secs:

Fates Aligned: All primary, secondary, and tertiary stats increased by 7%.

theres like one good suggestion in this. the rest is just op 4 talents fit into one talent like old uhuh.

If you’ve played an Outlaw Rogue for any amount of time at end-game in the current expansions, you’ll recognize that there are a lot of abilities that just straight up don’t work the way they theoretically should. Many talents are simply never (or rarely) picked.

And the reliance on stealth for maximizing DPS output with current optimal Outlaw specs goes against Outlaw’s preferred class fantasy.
