So I have always kept any 2 buffs and keep the single Ruthless Precision and Grand Melee. I have always just gone with icy veins to determine what buffs to keep the majority of the time. Besides little things like using true bearing to shorten cooldowns to get ready for a burn phase etc.
But is there any way to use raid bots to determine what buffs are best for you based off current gear? I know this late in the expansion stat levels get so high some things change from where they were. Wasn’t that long ago deeper strat became the best once haste levels got high enough.
