something something frost still hits like a bullet train during its goes, but death strike getting partially unnerfed probably wouldn’t kill anyone. Agreed with the other two to

Just to be 100% sure, you know how absurdly broken ret is right now right? Outlaw is definitely undertuned, but ret is out-dpsing everyone

After what happened in Shadowlands… Good.

honestly i hope they stay that way. outlaw was one of the more toxic specs in shadowlands let it stay D tier dont think anyone wants outlaw to become viable

think they removed the annoying parts of outlaw shadowlands

  • refreshable blind (blind no longer refreshable so it has full 90-120s cd)
  • the self healing from the pvp talent was completely reworked (just gives higher chance for its combo generator to strike twice)

lastly it will be absolutely the worst spec in 10.1 because of the -25% crit dmg nerf. outlaw is a crit spec

This right here is the perfect example as to why FOTM rerolling is so popular. The power gaps between the best and worst specs are massive.

Fixed that for you.

They aren’t. Sin and sub are just easier to play and rogues are notorious for just fotm swapping specs and then acting like they only have 1 option.

Frost dk is completely fine.

They removed some but outlaws still disgusting currently.

It won’t be.

This is childish and isn’t how you balance a game.

It is when there always has to be a D tier spec. Assassination rogue is still A tier. Outlaw is just bad because its poorly designed. Its always been poorly designed, even when it was combat, it was poorly designed. Sub and assassination were and are always better. They just need to delete the spec and add duel wield swords to Sub rogue. Easy fix. It shouldnt exist. You have three specs that do basically the same thing just a little different than the next, its why Affliction lock is D tier. The other two specs just do it BETTER. No Need to complain or worry about the one spec that has a niche play style that was only really ever good during one season of Shadowlands where its been around since vanilla.

Pulling out a pistol and shooting an enemy “between the eyes” never gets old.

On what planet is Affliction lock D tier? Actually Affliction lock hasn’t ever been lower than A tier in any season for any reason. Even now with rets as out of control as they are can die to an aff lock comp.

Affy still scares me.

So true king

But I do think aff is good into ret meta provided you can survive

Mentally suck on patch day still huh? If you’re struggling against ret tomorrow, you better look into the mirror and evaluate your situation.

This is the biggest reason most people think aff is trash currently. They don’t know how to survive and set up damage properly or don’t play comps that enable an aff and get run over and then complain about the spec being bad when it’s still a giga pumper.

There will always be non-viable specs for PvP.
Why is this always so shocking to people?

Even Fury and Outlaw have been played to over 3k in solo shuffle.

The thing is Fury, Outlaw, and Frost DK are always the red headed step children of PvP. They’re typically passed over in PvP design in favor of Sub/Sin/Arms/Unholy. For whatever reason Blizzard thinks the prior are “PvE” specs, and whenever they’re good in PvP it’s usually an oversight that’s nerfed back.

Take Fury for example, it doesn’t even have Bladestorm anymore. If it’s good it’s because it’s a PvE bot.
