After the current 11.1.0 patch I cannot hook on to many of the limited places/objects i could before like houses, mountains, trees tall rock formations, the catapults outside of Durotar. When Hook does work (which is 70% of the Time) it’s usable on the ground mainly, some small hills not much taller than the character itself. I get no path available on majority of cast or i get no hook and its on CD

I noticed the exactly same thing. I did not know if this was a bug or ability update. I hope it’s just a bug, because I love grappling up to building-tops!
seems to be with all pathing abilities! warrior cannot heroic leap onto roofs anymore either! It sucks to get blown off a ledge and not being able to hook back onto it anymore because of the current changes whether its a cliff/terrain or a house, these changes are crucial to mobility and survival.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the tightened the restrictions solely because of undermine.
I just came across this now. You used to be able to access areas to take shortcuts, but this “No Path Available” isn’t right. It takes away from the charm of even using the ability.
