Outlaw rogue: feedback

I dont play PTR, however I hope this is addressed, issue from current release:

Sinister strike feels more or equal to dispatch. This fundamentally wrong, because dispatch use 7 combo point.

Average damage is very poor, comparatively, and from a Dps class.

Stun feels too short, comparatively, this from a stun class.

With combo point mechanic, I dont get any benefit off it.

Gouge is so yesterday, this skill need improvement.

In summary, Outlaw need all across the board improvement.

Good suggestions.

I think Outlaw needs help because it has lost too much of different damage profiles and unique utility. Grapple/Pistol Shot are the only unique utility left of Outlaw which is just wrong on so many levels because half the time grapple does not work. And while Pistol Shot is a physical slow it still is inferior to what slows that Assassination and Sub can do from range.

Primary issue with Outlaw is that Sinister Strike or Dispatch need to do more damage or they need an energy reduction. Truthfully MG mastery needs to high higher or scale better per point investment to make it worthwhile.

Other two obvious issues is that there needs to be a viable build outside of Crackshot and Blade Flurry and RTB talents need to be merged or some made baseline. The spec can not function without several of these talents because Blade Flurry is capped. And RTB has too much RNG if you choose to not take any of the RTB talents which makes it a trap for new players that do not know any better.

I think dual wielding pistol gunslinger outlaw should be implemented

Thank you, thank you.

Ok, more critcism

All classes either have strong armor, or heal much better than a healing vial.

Not even delving into 1v1, everybody knows rogue always the squishiest , the easiest to shoot.

And nobody really wear armor below plate as what it is, besides rogue.
