They made it into a generic scaling RNG Buff, which means you no longer have to track which buffs you have and figure out if you should reroll based on the situation.
I don’t know the cooldown and duration of these buffs but either it’s “roll off cooldown to ensure 100% uptime on the buff” or it’s “reroll early if you don’t roll a 3 or 4”. Much simpler and less reliant on WeakAuras to just tell you when you should reroll.
It’s still an RNG spec. That’s not going away unless they overhaul the entire theme of the spec again, most likely. But now you don’t have to track Bones so closely or with addons.
That’s fine by me.
