Between the Eyes will sometimes, and by sometimes I mean often, randomly stop working. It usually happens when the Crackshot passive is active, but not always. The button press will register, but only the animation for Between the Eyes will occur, without the actual damage-dealing portion.

Same!! it should work but it just stuck. i find if i use another skill first then i can use it.
I finally gave up. BtE is broken. Stealth randomly just drops for no reason. Grappling hook randomly just doesn’t pull you.
