Most of the builds I see online for Outlaw right now have both Echoing Rep and Dreadblades. These two abilities seem not work cohesively with each other. You can’t use anima charged combo points if you are using Dreadblades. It feels kind’a sucky.
I’m curious if anyone isn’t using Echoing Reprimand and how that is going? Is thistle tea or shadow dance going okay?
I really wish Echoing Reprimand wasn’t our capstone in the class tree. I just don’t like using it. I spend the whole fight looking at my combo points, trying to get just enough to use the anima charged one. You also make a good point that it feels clunky with other abilities, like Dreadblades. I’m trying out Thistle Tea for now but that feels underwhelming…
I still fail to find a reliable rotation that is capable of downing enemies faster than they can heal to full while I sit there useless as I blew all my CDs…
Would appreciate if anyone can share a good rotation , that is pvp not pve btw.
Only with assassination I feel I pull good burst but I am also super squishy and if they don’t die after all my poisons , then I’m toast lol
Yeah, testing over the last week I am mostly rotating between them. I start to use dreadblades until it runs out. Then use echoing rep. My issue is now if dreadblades comes off CD while I’m using ER:

Start using restless blades immediately?
it doesnt change much. you use both on cd. you have alot of time to hit those anima charges. as long as you do it before ER is up again. Its pefectly fine to use DB while you still have anima charge. The point is to have things on cd before you hit generate lots of cps via DB or ER. So full send, dont hold anything.

Restless immediately since you are getting 7 combo points with one button press anyways with both stratagem talents and restless is reducing the CD of all your other abilities including itself.
yes especially since DB is now designed to refund its own cd
