How to show duration on your screen more promitately? Blizz has it were its a tiny icon upper right of your screen. Hard to do mechanics when you’re squinting to see when to refresh spell. Suggestions?
Have you considered WeakAuras?
No, WeakAura isn’t exactly lightweight. Takes so much computer resources. Tried it during WoD. Suggestions?

I count out loud from 15 Mississippi and then press it again. My wife hates it but it works great.

Used Sliced Admiral for years, all the sudden blizzard thinks it too much of an advantage. No blizzard, it’s not. These addons help people try to progress. Your late 90’s screen spell layout hasn’t kept up with what’s required for normal content completion.
Check out Slice Commander. I’ve been using that for years.
If Weak Auras is using too much resources on your “computer”… Its not a computer .
I’ll be sounding like I’m beating the dead horse but honestly use a weak aura. You can easily only setup one icon for blade flurry if that is all you want to track. Tracking only one thing does not take up enough resources to justify not using it. The templates that WeakAuras have as an option for tracking abilities is super intuitive to figure out with ease but you could always search for one on wago
Make your UI bigger
Needtoknow may be a lighter option for you OP. It tracks buffs and debuffs. I use both it and WA.
I got some serious FPS stutter using TMW on a modern, high-ish end PC. I know that weakauras is a heftier burden to the CPU but the stutter is gone since a switched and there’s a wider array of options and textures available to me now.

Normally your posts are trolly but I’ll bite on this. Just download a add-on called needtoknow. Easy to set up and is just a bar that shows the duration of spells
