So just writing in hopes Blizz finally fixes this, but judging on other forums I’ve read with the exact same issue, dating back well over a year ago, I’m not hopeful.
BTE is bugging out for me during our ‘Crackshot’ window.
The ability will do the animation, but not use a global cooldown, and do no damage, which in turn ruins our rotation. Swapping targets and using a different finisher seems to sometimes fix the problem.
This is happening to me all too often, I would say 4-5 times a dungeon… Which is Mindboggling as its our bread and butter of the Spec.
Fingers crossed this gets some attention.

The amount of rogue bugs atm is absolutely insane. This and stealth breaks are absolutely constant.

BtE bugs often and Topping the fact stealth is our main dps spike…it needs to be adressed with the upmost priority 
Or just remove the Timed Window to do some crackshots…
Or remove BtE from its CD when the window is up…
Do any other class have such tight tunnel/opportunity to do that kind of dmgs?
Cause paying attention to range atm without AS…
While doing mechanics up the bum of every mobs which often have mechanics requiring us to move…without moving out of range cause uptime is obv crucial…
While Carefully paying attention to CD’S…
While being very focused on crackshot window…setting it on CD being a massive DPS loss…
So. Yeah… I do miss my Legion Outlaw a lot lately 
Truely Felt like a real ‘‘Pirate’’ back then.
Dunno how they lost such a solid identity…

Please fix stealth & fix BtE bug by simply removing it from CD when we get a stealth window. Easy.

Really annoying bug. Destroys the entire rotation, turned me off rogue completely as a first timer.

The crazy part about this is how often it happens just during normal play. This isnt some super niche bug that may happen .1% of the time. Its a bug that you can reproduce 100% of the time and happens all the time during basic gameplay. What other class has ever had to deal with their basic abilities being bugged with no communication or fix?
