Heard it is a ton of fun but I cannot find a guide/video on this build anywhere. Would love to try it for pvp please if anyone can help
Just take pistol talents and blow peoples back out. Its not rocket science. But it might be murder.

I know it came off as dismissive but I don’t see how there can be any secret to it unless there’s some pve gimmick I’m not familiar with.
The only pistol spec I can think of is very standard.
You go outlaw. You take the pistol talents.
Mine look like this. I don’t know if this is the best way but as you can see, you just go all the way down the pistol tree. It’s virtually literal. I went with ambush to supplement it because the Find Weakness debuff buffs pistol damage in a way I don’t see RTB helping and how it’s a pistol one shot and not an echoing reprimand we can assume it’s not further down that tree.
You attack people. You get pistol procs. You shoot people. You can even shoot them between the eyes.
Pistol procs pump hard.

I haven’t finished leveling my rogue yet so he’s not even geared. What do Wickers procs look like for damage with Fan the Hammer?
I’m looking at a right / left side build where I just go middle enough for Roll the Bones, but get the end caps for ambush and pistol shot.
Ihonestly havent ever played outlaw before and dont read proc names. Im not at home so jmi cant check.
Which one is wickers? Fan the hammer seems obviously the one that makes pistol shot shoot rapidly on the proc.

Yeah wickers is insane. Pisol Fans with that move healthbars like 30-50% feels like but theres lots of variables and im doing random bgs.

Yeah you got it for Fan the Hammer.
Wickers is the endcap, after you Between the Eyes your next Pistol Shot is increased by 200%
So, what I’ve been trying to do as I level is line those up where I have the wickers proc after Between the Eyes and then go for the enhanced pistol shot (+200%), + the additional shots fire from Fan the Hammer. It’s just leveling at sub 70 so I don’t know how it feels at level cap, but at 66 it feels like decent damage.
I don’t want to play sub rogue, but I want some spicy damage still ya’know?
It does proper damage. You see health bars chunk down its really sayisfying.
I could be hitting undergeared players tbf. Its random bgs. But so far so good.
If you’re going for some cheesy one shot pistol shenanigans I’d recommend Cold Blood so you can guarantee a between the eyes crit for 4x damage. I did that for a while, was fun.

A rotation for a burst in wpvp would help much much if you don’t mind
Take subterfuge, pre-cast adrenaline rush then roll the bones from stealth, open with 2 Ambush into a kidney shot, hit shadow dance while hitting kidney shot, then dump Ambush to full with between the eyes+cold blooded macro being your first spender. Alternate Ambush and dispatch when combo points are full while using pistol shot procs. I blasted many to smithereens like that this expansion.
You need to have the right spec for this to all do huge damage though. I got rid of cold blood because it’s fun to get a guaranteed BTE crit and the points are better spent on shadow dance and deep stratagem (same rotation). However, it was satisfying to see BTE blast somebody for a good chunk.
you should have the heavy hitter talent. 10% damage to pistol shot, ambush, sinister strike.

Thank you very much. Outside of adrenaline rush, anything else that AIDS in energy consumption? Always seem to be starved.
A lot of guides have haste way too low on the stat priority imo. But yes, there’s a talent that gives you 20 seconds of increased haste every time you are invis, so use shadow dance and vanish to refresh that buff. It’s a talent buff. There are also a couple of things in the talent tree to help with energy.
yeah now that I’m home I have a lot of bloat in my build from leveling still. Lmaooo. Thanks for catching that.
