Okay I think we all know the issue here. Outlands has the problem of giving you that last inch. So my boyfriend, the achievement hound, and I want to get Outlands professions all done. We are stuck on 74 of 75. We have done all that is required and everything is green so it bare skills up if at all. Can anyone tell us a sure thing on how to get that last skill up? Is it the breastplate?
