So I’m currently playing through Shadowlands. I’m noticing things haven’t been updated to reflect the level squish they did…or the fact that they made Shadowland a Chromie thing now. The innkeeper in Hero’s Rest sells food that can’t be used until your level 50 or 55. This isn’t the only expansion that I noticed that things haven’t been updated. It just makes it seem less fun to play thorough if they don’t update older expacs to reflect their current changes…

I have been saying it since I started back a few months ago, they messed something up majorly with this last level squish, nothing feels right.
It’s not just shadowlands content, leveling pvp feels wrong, world content feels odd and I feel more powerful on a level 20 mage going though a dungeon then a level 50 one.
I was soloing content from legion in shadowlands faster then I can now at max level in dragonflight with gear. It’s minor but the point is I can feel it and it’s off.

I leveled a toon through it, necrolord, actually had a lot of fun in Maldraxxus.
I never got through that expac all the way when it was live…
I played a week of it in the beginning and then jumped ship to FF14. Came back for the last month of it before Dragonflight dropped.
Good choice on your end, that xpack made sitting in a wod garrsion with no flying a dream with is saying something.
