I donno, maybe stacking trinkets, pots, wings, and berserking(if in BGs)/various world buffs?
I’ve never seen this happen, it’s definitely not a regular thing, even fully raid buffed, with flasks, pots, food, and trinkets up, the highest parsing mythic raiding Ret in the world doesn’t even crit that hard with TV… You are seeing the results of stacking external effects, which shouldn’t be held against the class…

Fine print Level 60 target dummy was utilized for this encounter. No target dummies were punished too harshly in the making of this rockumentary
