My Ouroboros Tablet disappeared from my bag. It was at stage 3, waiting for Designs of Soul to drop next.
It disappeared sometime during the blue dragonflight quests I was doing or shortly thereafter. I did not manually delete it, it’s not listed on the item restoration page. It’s just gone.
