Black screens at character loads, can’t interact with NPC’s. Good times ;p.

i did a full reset, computer, internet… the works… still nothing.

It’s them. Don’t let support fool you into thinking otherwise >_>
This happened yesterday. Just give it time. Once you see your character number (#) in the server select screen then it should be back up. Otherwise you will just log into a black character screen. Yesterday it was fixed in around 15 mins. seems to be taking longer today
