At least we get a non PvP buff to shields.
Oracle Holy is going to be even more blown out of the water in raid vs. Archon Holy, I guess that’s the design they’re going for.
EDIT: As clarified below, thankfully this is just a tooltip fix (the talent is already just 25%).

That’s a big bummer. Hopefully we get a little something , somewhere else. I just got used to Oracle, don’t want to switch to Archon. But I mean maybe a 15% nerf to PoM won’t be too much of a blow.

Not a nerf. It’s a tooltip fix.
They changed the wrong tooltip - PoM is a 25% increase in the current patch, but it’s labeled 40%.
PW:S for Discipline Oracle is SUPPOSED to say 40% and is currently a 40% increase but it says 25%.

Can confirm - just logged in and Oracle is in fact a 25% increase right now. I’m glad other people check these things because PoM isn’t one of the spells I spend any time glancing at the values on, especially since it’s modified by so many talents and really does its thing in the background.
Although… that does mean they’re doing literally nothing on priest then
