So I have been able to find this quest 3 times, on 3 different character where wowhead says to go. For whatever reason, it is not there on my main character. I never got the upgrade item, and I know you can do it more than once per account because the quests are still there for the other 2 characters i got them on. I have checked every quest giver on wowhead and checked each location to make sure i didnt start it and drop it. it is quite literally nowhere. Anyone else having this problem? And is there a fix? I tried to report it and it sent me here.

Also having this trouble right now, I have completed the campaign but this quest will not appear for me, would love to run this raid story and get the crest…
