I completed the entire quest line after getting to renown 11. Even clicked “complete” when it said Ottuk taming and now it says “creature not tameable” anyone else experience this? Thanks

yeah i just did this quest today and same issue

So I figured it out. You can’t tame them around where you completed the quest. Go find one away from that zone and you can tame it!
That’s silly. I had the same issue. I figured one called “wild” would be tameable lol. I’ll try further out, thank you for the tip.
Edit: And we have Ottuks! Just like you said, I just had to go to another area. Now I’m torn between my butterflies or double ottuks or an ottuk and a beaver since I just saw two of them screeching at each other.
