Linxy… I think a lot more feed back has been taken into consideration. I mean look at all of the things we are getting in SL… long time fan requests, that hunger is being sated.
all of those were well into dev before Linxy joined though.
Fair point… but was Ornyx around too? He has been gone a while it seems, we had no community manager for ages. 
Ornyx straight up left because Blizzard didn’t want him talking with the community.
Sad day when the company doesn’t like customer feedback… on one hand, the customer is not always right, and on the other hand… how do you know what the customer wants when you don’t talk to them?? Lol

Lynxy still doesn’t have a profile avatar. This needs correcting before we can start to judge them as a CM. That avatar is very important!
None of the CMs after Ythisens left involuntarily have had one.

All CMs lost their unique profiles once they switched over to the new forums. They said they were working on getting them back (Bornakk did at least) but they never seemed to be able to figure out it. It’s a byproduct of Blizz not actually developing the software used to manage this forum, so a lot of its functionality is foreign.
