Mine died a loooooooooooong time ago
I got it because my first wow account got hacked by gold farmers about 6mo after launch. I completely lost the account after I reported that it was hacked, so I had start from zero, when the authenticator was added, I got it.

People who have one should be able to send them in to Blizz in return for a mount that looks just like it.
I could just imagine it in my mount list: The Authenticator.
You would ride it like a skateboard or hoverboard if it flies.

I Don’t know if I can part with mine, But It should be reward for aocunt use have old One For old school or long time player we should get that skate/hoverboard mount.
My spouse and I still have ours. They died years ago and we’ve been using the mobile app forever.
Mine died sometime last year. I got mine in 2009. I still keep it hung on my desk though.
I ordered mine from the WOW store when it came out to get the free bag slots, I have it in a box somewhere, but I use the Mobile APP now. You could actually do surgery on it and change the battery and it would probably still work if you really wanted to.
The authenticator or your spouse? I’m confused.

C’mon, is that a fitting end for a piece of WOW history? Mine died this year too. Switched to mobile. I keep mine on my desk with some other memorabilia though. Not in my “drawers” drawer.
