Original versions of vanilla dungeons

This is an idea I had on the subject of instances that were removed, updated, or replaced by their newer versions. An example of a dungeon that was basically removed, was Upper blackrock spire, which was lvl 55-60, and is now a lvl 100 instance. Some examples of vanilla dungeons that were updated are Scarlet Monastery & Halls, Scholomance, The Stockades, The Deadmines, Ragefire Chasm, Razerfen Kraul & Downs, Gnomeregan, Blackfathom Deeps, and Shadowfang Keep.

These updates in my opinion were NOT negative for the game whatsoever, so just to set the tone for this post, i'm not rallying a petition against Blizz here. I instead am proposing an idea for players to run the Original versions of these instances, while not negatively effecting game play but instead, possibly bettering the experience.

So we have timewalking for every expansion and to be quite honest, it's a really cool addition to the game that allows old content to not gather dust, but to have a part in modern day wow after all these years. How about, we make a timewalking event which would be a lesser event or a Sub-Timewalking event if you will, that won't even be on the same rotation as the regular timewalking events, but would be an entirely separate timewalking all on it's own.

Another way of adding this feature would be to have Chromie's button outside of each of these instances' Entrances which would teleport you into the Original version of the instance you are attempting to enter.

So now to address the elephant in the room, "Why the heck would we want to run these old instances again? They were updated for a reason dummy!" Well let's remember that some of these revamps took place in MoP for the first time which was brought in with the brand new Challenge mode system. These dungeons were also not exactly tuned to Blizzard's liking considering the direction they wanted the game to shift towards, so these changes were quite necessary. BUT, it's been a while, and we miss the Original stuff. Don't get me wrong, we like the new instances, but we would really like to run some older stuff and experience a differently paced dungeon, with different gear, and fun items that of which are currently unavailable.

Implementing some sort of system, possibly like the examples mentioned above, would not at all effect game play in any negative way, but would only add some nice stuff to check out for newer players wanting to look a little into WoW's roots and humble beginnings, for veteran players to re-run some dungeons the way they remembered it being, and for casual players just looking to grab a mog or two. Regardless, it's another thing to do, which can be fun, and would not interfere with current content in any negative fashion.
Sunken Temple was also changed. I feel like there are others. I like the idea. Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to happen. Blizzard has said, they are not going to do Timewalking of Classic Dungeons.

(Professor Putricide Voice) Good news, everyone: Classic is coming, next summer.
At one point wailing caverns was broken down into multiple small instances too. Can’t even remember when that happened.
The original Wailing Caverns and Sunken Temple always irritated me. I must have been there hundreds of times on my orginal alts and I always got lost.

I would love to be able to do the original Deadmines, Scarlet Monastery, Scholomance, Stratholme and Blackrock Spire.
The old sunken temple was my favorite! It had abit of adventure before reaching the instance entrance! Especially that one hallway with all the troll mummies!
are you sure it was wailing caverns and not maraudon? as far as i know that and black rock were broken up for lfg cause people would literally wander around lost without a guide
The only one that really kills me is UBRS, I do miss the old beast and Drakkisath fights as well as the rookery (but mostly just for the nostalgia surrounding that room). Strat/Scholo barely changed aside from some dialogue being added and the and Deadmines...well...I just have fonder memories of the cata version than I do of the new one.

SM I also prefer in this iteration but I guess I could see that one being irritating for people, especially the library/GY section.
I'd love to do vanilla dungeons and others as Mythics and mythic+. Seriously
