Naga in WoW means; crazy fish/crustaceans elves though…?

In WoW they were the loyal members of the Highborne who followed Azshara, drowned with the collapse of the Well of Eternity, and were mutated into amphibious Elf/Reptile Hybrids in order to live in the depths and act as servants of N’zoth/Azshara.
During the past 10,000 years they have subjugated the Sea Giants, many of the Murloc tribes to use as slaves, Gilbins(proto-goblins), and gone to war with the K’valdir (Ocean-dwelling Vrykul) as well as fighting Neptulon who appears to be the only under-sea hold-out against them, of which the Ankoan(Cousins of the Jinyu) are aligned with.
