So I alredy did the whole shadowlands campaign on my main character back in the day and unlocked the shadowlands map on a few characters.But a few days ago i went there to skip it all on a new character so i could get access to all shadowlands content and i just couldn’t.
When i landed in oribos i got no quest or even that screen to select between “campaign” or “threads of fate”,there’s no npcs beside guards,no flightmaster and no covenant npcs so my new characters are just unable to access any shadowlands content.
Is someone else having the same problem?

In their wisdom, Blizzard took out the skip a while back.
So unfortunately, it’s working as intended. 
Your toons would have to go through things the long way.

they did not truly took it out
this last patch broken some things
the req was
must have done it before DF
dont step foot in sl no portal nothing
get to 70 do all skips and the guy shows up
Ah, that is something I hadn’t heard. The last I knew they took it out but what you’re mentioning was a sort-of work around to that.
Not surprised it broke. So much is broken in the game lately.

Still broken. Can’t see any NPCs, can’t do anything at all on my alt mage. I had all the skips pre 11.0.5, after…nada.

It’s going to be fixed in a couple of weeks supposedly. It’s technically doable with a character exactly level 60, and for some people it just works as expected but in general yes, it’s broken.

I havent tried this yet, but I wonder if you party sync down to level 60 would it work?
Does the insta reveal toy from warbands no work?
Same issue. Finished Shadowlands already the long way with one of my character’s and all the NPCs are gone and is treating my character like they’ve never been there before.
Inb4 working as intended

My husband tried to take his remix DK into Shadowlands and couldn’t find the intro quest in Org. I had a 70 mage from remix I hadn’t played yet so we partied and he was able to take the quest and start it.
He went all the way through the intro questline and was still unable to progress any further after he was sent to Oribos and escaped the maw, however.
Fun was detected and was hotfixed in order to make it work as intended
