doing The Binding Quest on my warlock (Succubus quest) and the summoning circle is not there.
I have seen other posts with a blue post resolving the issue.

Having the same problem.
Orgrimmar Summoning circle for the Voidwalker quest is not there.
Have disabled addons, dropped and restarted the quest, but to no avail.

For anyone who is having this same problem, I found a way around it… I just did the Undercity quest instead and it worked fine.
Blizzard, please fix, though 
The Undercity quest did not work for me. Carendin Halgar in Undercity would not give me the final "Creature of the Void” quest.
Seems it does work for some folk though.
A helpful GM marked the quest as finished for me. Still, it didn’t work at Orgrimmar or Undercity, this needs fixing asap.
Same issue in Stormwind.

The CIrcle in Orgrimmar seems to be back in service.
I cannot get the summoning circle to appear; have tried everything. Disabling add-ons, abandoning quest, loading, reloading, exiting. Nothing works in Stormwind.
