As title says, unable to buy the tabard that would award reputation gains until you are level 60. The other two quartermasters there only require lvl 30 to buy their tabards. Not sure when this broke, but it’s clearly broken for some reason.

Thankfully you should still be able to equip it and it’s just a tooltip bug. Even the other tabards stating they require level 30 is a bug because they should say level 1 and not your current level.
Edit: unless you can still equip and not buy? Did you try to buy despite the requirement?
I didn’t buy it at the time as I’d just spent my gold on riding training and from what I saw on the tooltip I just didn’t think to try. I went back a few lvls later and was able to buy & equip all of them. Chalk it up to me being tired, but I can easily see how a new player might do the same and not even try to purchase/equip them based on what’s shown on the tooltip. At any rate, it still needed to be reported as a bug as clearly it’s not showing the correct info.

It is still broken and for some reason even though I was able to equip it stopped granting rep
