I replied to another thread in bug report forums, but here’s mine. On my Warlock I need to collect the whispering dagger. I know where it is supposed to be, but the altar and dagger do not show up. Somehow my warlock is bugged. Blue please assist. I have a ticket in game as well.
You’ll need to wait on this to get an outcome, then. If it is a bug, there’s nothing a GM or SFA will be able to help with until the developers implement a policy allowing them to do so.
Did you pick the dagger up from beside the tortollan that gives the quest? My husband was having issues with the quest and it was because he didnt notice the dagger beside him.

It was either this, or an addon. When I woke up a GM said they could get it and deleted the quest and readded it, and the dagger was there. Thanks Snuckle!
The actual dagger is on a box next to tortolan Kojo in the camp, then take the dagger and place it on the altar on the island. I missed this 1st as well. Right side of the npc a brown box in the camp grab dagger. The quest is a tad off on the wording says seems to be you would aquire the dagger at the altar vs the quest giver.
go back to camp collect daggar then head to the island altar, should be fine then. If not Delete quest pick it right back up at kojo npc then dagger should be next to him then.
