Earn Order Resources by performing well in Torghast

Gosh and golly, that’s news to me. Can my Main and primary alts go do well in Torghast and send BI/legion order hall bundles downstream / BoA ?

Can my level 38 warrior catch a ride with Danica to Ve’nari’s and go bother Torghast?

I… um, I’m pretty sure this is at least one bug, possibly more than one, related to some conflation of the UI reused for (box of many things) torghast tower knowledge.

Tinysparkle-Caelastrasz is my same toon who isn’t able to use her very own order hall weapon and shield because the sales text claims (use at my level) and the items themselves won’t equip until I turn level 45 someday.

Idk what the procedure is but I’ll just necro and confirm this bug is still in the game. In my druid hall. On a horde druid.

I can confirm this happened on an Alliance mage order hall, as well. On this character.
I forgot which quest triggered it, or order hall mission…but it wanted me to collect order resources from Torghast, too.
