I went to have some boots made, noticed the order cannot be cancelled because it ‘has been claimed by a crafter,’ but I’ve got nothing in the mail?
A crafter has hit start on the order, he has 30 minutes to do the crafting or you get your mats back. After the craft, if complete is not hit, the item will get to you in the mail after 30 minutes.
I usually use this feature when crafting decay recipe. I hit start when the queue pops and get to the altar with time to spare.
That way the customer has until the queue popping to change their mind. Once I am in the instance, I have no desire to do the run for nothing so it secures me. It also protects you from having your mats being held hostage.
