After failing to clear the mage tower challenge for the bear form, I feel I am too ashamed and unworthy to play my arch Druid anymore (and every time I look at my Druid, it just reminds me that I had failed to clear the challenge) and after taking a several weeks break from this game, I think I am almost ready to return, and I want to play as the horde instead of the alliance now to forget how bad I am at this game as a Druid and return to my original main, my warrior.
After the mage tower I realized I was never a good Druid anyways and the only reason why I played my Druid was to prepare for the mage tower, and now that the mage tower is gone, I recognized the only character that I actually enjoy playing is my protection warrior so who looks better in full plate armor? A orc warrior or a troll warrior?
I would heavily suggest listening to the yelling sounds as warriors do a lot of it, especially Prot. For example while I like the VA and look of zTrolls their yells aren’t as iconic as an orc.
Don’t think you aren’t a good druid just because you couldn’t clear the MT.
I cleared it on all classes and got the mog on every class. It has a lot more to do with prepwork, the amount of gold you have, and RNG than being “good”.
Try it next time and prepare properly and you’ll get it. Play whatever is fun.
Troll wears certain troll themed plate sets better and his hunch will help hide that fact that some shoulder armor are uneven and displaced which is more obvious on straight back races.
