Pros and cons? I really can’t decide, I like both. Don’t care about racials, just theme, animations, lore, etc. I know it’s personal preference, but maybe hearing other opinions will help me with my own.

Nightborne have probably the worst racials in the game, they also still share animations with night elves which is one of the primary reasons I refuse to play them.
Personally orcs make sense the most lore wise and they have decent racials, but aesthetically I don’t like them 'cause imo they only look good with fully hooded outfits. I used to be an orc and prefer undead lock over it.

Nightborne warlocks are an abomination. I can’t see any justifiable reason for Thalyssra keeping them alive after Elisande was deposed.

Nightborne have weird posture and the animations are the same as night elf.
Orc would be the much better choice because of racials but you said you don’t care about those.
I’ve race changed to both male and female Orc on my lock and I didn’t like how big they were on the normal sized mounts. It looked like a fridge riding a football.

The best races for warlock are Void Elf and Orc.
Kicking people out of her city for communing with the same demons who conquered it doesn’t seem like a stretch to me.

If I could be a Mag’har lock I would in a heartbeat. There’s even a Mag’har ‘darkcaster’ standing right in Orgrimmar in front of the arena.

I’d say Nightborne, they get 1%more spell damage which adds up

Why wouldn’t you want to play a buff green alien man who has demon blood coursing through his veins? 
Nightborne are the worst looking race I have ever seen. They’re so skinny that I don’t know how they keep themselves from snapping in half like twigs when a light breeze hits them.
