Hardiness: Chance to resist Stun effects increased by an additional 25%
Iron Will: Increases your chance to resist Stun and Charm effects by an additional 15%
This is probably the worst forum for this, but here goes anyway. Has the math on how Orc’s Hardiness racial, and the Warrior’s Iron Will talent ever been confirmed how they add (or multiply) together in Vanilla? Many people seem to believe they are simply additive (25 + 15), but others say they are multiplicative (see below).
If they are multiplicative, the common formula I’ve seen is:
1 - (0.75 * 0.85) = 36.25%
The above formula doesn’t take into account the 5% base stun resist, so I’m wondering whether it should instead be:
1 - (0.70 * 0.85) = 40.50%
If anybody has any insight, it’d be greatly appreciated.
