OP is right, this should be one of the things added when they do their next pass on orc customizations.
Also, would be cool to separate the female orc eyebrows (because, yes, orcs have them) from the faces like with humans. Would go a long way to allow customizable distinct faces.

I got pretty good grinch eyebrows, but my barber likes to shave them off, They don’t quite do a complete curl , but they are curlyesque.
