Orc eyebrows for the players

They didn’t though. They went with strandy looking mineral formations. It’s like stranded wire, or a cross section of some big electrical cable. It has a metallic shine, and most of the hair colours are of various metals rather than just colours.

And incidentally, they also have a toggle for eyebrows!

I don’t care about beards, but I want shoes!

Scary Guldan brows

Never! Shoes are for the lesser races!

That pic you posted, amazing! They did a really good job of approximating copper wiring.

So I went back to Wowhead to see what I had clearly missed.

And I had completely missed the subtle detailing in the longer strands and braids with the straight/flat cut ends that do make it look like metal wire upon closer inspection, especially in the gold.

But the shorter hair on both genders and the top hair of the woman still looks like human hair to me (except the gold which looks like straw), at least in the pics on Wowhead.

I think they should have straight/flat cut the end of every strand.

Yeah definitely something that looks alright in concept art and then like nightmare fuel on an actual model.

How am I supposed to rizz someone up if I can’t do some eyebrow maneuver

Solution, just use fuzzy caterpillars for eyebrows.

Hold up… orcs don’t have eyebrows?!

Dwarf women aren’t getting beards, Earthen women are. I think it’s dumb, personally. Does Eonar have a beard? What about the female vrykul? Or Ironaya, or any of the female-designed Titanic watchers? No, only the Earthen, because they want to hearken to some Tolkien-esque fantasy where dwarf women have beards and that’s somehow supposed to make one of the least played race/gender combinations in the game more desirable.
But I digress.

See, their priority isn’t Alliance v. Horde, it’s whatever’s the newest, shiniest thing to try and rope people in. They leave old races absolutely untouched save for adding a handful of hair colors for 1 race every 8 months like it didn’t take somebody 10 minutes in Photoshop to re-tint the texture files.

Trolls don’t either but they aren’t depicted with eyebrows so that’s just how we be. We let the sweat get in our eyes and tough it out like champions.
Or maybe troll sweat doesn’t sting our eyes.
This got weird. I’m going now.

Well it doesn’t make them less desirable. And it is something a lot of people have asked for over the years. I would love a beard option on my female dark iron. Their heritage helm looks weird without a beard blasting out from the bottom of it.

This is just me but, uh… it kinda does? Not in regards to what I’m willing to play, but in regards to interacting with others, which comes up in RP.
I’m not a big fan of ladies with beards, nor the fact that they’re adding beards to women before adding them to undead and troll men (besides Vol’jin because Special NPC privileges).

Female dwarves got beards before trolls got them too…which is a travesty honestly.

There has been a small but fairly consistent group demanding female dwarf beards because of Tolkien’s dwarves all having them. Not really my cup of tea but…good for them I guess?

If all my ZF runs have taught me anything it’s that trolls just sweat into bottles.

It’s absurd that male orcs have been denied eyebrows for 19 years.

They also gave Orcs eyebrows in the cover art for Rumble for the latest update. It’s like with Troll beards. They are everywhere except for playable characters.

I was under the impression it was the adventurers collecting it into bottles like weirdos.
IIRC, the item is just called “Troll Sweat”, not “Bottled Troll Sweat”.

That could be, we do like to shove…questionable objects into our bags. But I mean a few silver is still a few silver.
