Younger faces, like Thrall face from Cataclysm. Nothing that’s Mr. GQ but you know Im tryna be handsome to some extent .
A height scaler, this actually can go for all races. I recently played a lil bit of WoD and realized just how much the orcs there dwarf my own, so I wouldn’t mind a height scaler to bump my height up to around there’s.
Some more teeth piercings, for example the ones Durotan had in the Warcraft movie.
Lastly new eye colors, like Thrall eye color and Grommash eye color.
New hairstyle, like some hairstyles that just flow and hang without being tied and maybe some hairstyles with non 2011 Lebron James linings.
Eyebrows, really don’t have to explain this.

If you could find some pictures to match some of the things that was listed you could post it if you want to. It’ll probably help some grasp the topic and the things being discuss better.
I will do my best! Admittedly I don’t play orcs so don’t have much to contribute, but I can try to find things you’re looking for based on descriptions. No idea how well I will do. We shall see.
