Literally not possible, the Horde are physically dominant in every aspect possible. Tauren would crush any alliance race with one hand. I’d bet every time an orc stands next to a human there are nothing but laughs, and especially at the tubby humans from bfa.
Physical battle would be a fantasy because of how dominant the Horde would be. The alliance would have to seriously rely on silly “plot armor gimmicks” like magical ghost ships. It would be such a destruction that if it were real life the allaince would literally have to pray for Horde in-fighting between the Horde leaders in order to keep some semblance of balance.
And before you try and make yourself believe “oh but alliance are smartr”, they arent. The best wizards are Horde. Guldan, Thrall, Ner’zhul, Lor’themar, Thalyssra so hot, Sylvanas. And the Horde players tend to be smarter in every group i ever join.

You realize that the lore on Kul’tirans is that the men wrestle Krakens as a hobby right? It’s why their racial is punching someone in the face to send them flying… do some homework first? Also the World’s strongest Man in record holder is a “Fat” guy… in fact the strongman body shape in general is 60% stomach.

Alliance are those kids that pick up a fight, get beat, then go call their mom.

im sure they tell each other drunk “stories” all the time, but we’re talkin real lore here and there’s no real Broxigar Kul’tiran.

Also consider that Dwarves/Gnomes’ size is deceptive, per their weight/size class they’re considered stronger than most races larger than them…they’re like ants basically. We also have werewolves and Draenei that also have imposing physical strength per their cursed anatomy/physique and Night Elves which are basically amazons/Druids… one can crush you with their thighs the other will mulch people…

Ever heard of the concept of tactics.
Charge in and physically whack a much stronger opponent is just stupid.
Notice most Tauren & Orcs don’t wear armour. Lots of spear, pikes & arrows.

Unfortunately the orcs and tauren both are not immune to sharp objects. If it was an arm wrestling contest the orcs might win. But brute strength doesn’t win a real fight. Human swords and arrows are just as effective against orcs as anything else.
Wouldn’t call Gul’dan and Ner’zhul Horde anymore though. For one they’re dead. And Gul’dan was the entire reason the first Horde lost the Second War. Ner’zhul became the Lich King. Sylvanas isn’t Horde either. Lor’themar’s not a mage. So for magical leaders you have…Thalyssra. And Talanji. Woo!

Good thing we have things like swords, bows and magic. I mean if it ever came down to an arm wrestling match we would sure be in trouble…

Orcs are far fewer in number, and they’re almost as dumb as the rocks that they eat. Their idea of strategy is to cavalry charge into fortified positions screaming “victory or death!” and meet the latter at the end of a pike. They should consider it miraculous that there are any of them left to fight.

Meh, take away the whole “the game must go on!” plot armor in terms of advantage and technique and just let both sides go all out with everything, and… no, the war isn’t determined by muscles.
Actually the side with the interplanetary space ships wins. Seriously, even if your “average” orc unit is 300lbs and has 2x the physical strength of their human equivalent, that doesn’t help when the Draenei engage in orbital bombardment.
The technology gulf between the factions is so insane there’s really no justifying the faction war anymore, and yes, if you pulled off the gloves, it would be a ridiculously one sided fight to the point that calling it a “fight” would be generous, but it wouldn’t be in the Horde’s favor.
Testosterone and big sticks are no match for lasers and sci-fi weapons.

In fact the base strength chart lists Dwarves as strong as a Tauren at 25 base strength… now consider the HEIGHT to strength ratio difference here…something a 4th of the Tauren’s size can match it in a contest of strength… an Orc is actually weaker than a Dwarf on the chart…by about 2 strength stats, though given their physical feats NE’s need a bit of an adjustment.

Would we? Werewolves with super strength, immortal space goats with super strength, Dwarves with Tauren strength, etc…

Or even just guns! There’s a reason that when Garrosh went back in time, the first thing he did was make sure to give the orcs lots of guns, because nothing equalizes combatants like flying bits of lead.

If guns were as lethal in WoW as they are IRL, a tauren or orc’s strength would count for little (a Beowulf .50 would have no trouble taking down an eight-foot minotaur, for example.)
Forsaken would be another matter - guns, arrows, blades, are intended to destroy internal organs. The undead do not have functioning organs, and have to be physically destroyed. Since they don’t need their organs, they can keep fighting, and they only have one specific weakness to holy magic.
Unless they don’t (Alonsus Faol.)
The forums seem filled right now with rebuttal threads to arguments nobody is making.

How do you figure? If you’re stronger you can carry a bigger and heavier gun more easily and it’s going to take a bigger and heavier gun to kill you.
