Orboreal Shards Vendor

Can only find Orboreal Shard vendors in Bastion and Ardenweald. Since there’s a rep discount, just wanted to check if this was intentional or if the devs meant to have one in each covenant’s zone. There’s also no Penumbra thread vendor in Maldraxxus which seems odd.

If I’m just blind, let me know. :smiley:

Are you including or excluding the one in Oribos?

Excluding those since you don’t get a discount from the Oribos ones. Trying to see if they meant to only have vendors in 2 out of the 4 covenants zones.
