I primarily play m+. Been reading good things about Oracle but it appears void is recommended for disc.
Is Oracle decent? Get my 10’s with it?

VW does more dps, easier to play, Oracle in my view has more potential hps , less dps then VW and more complicated and prone to issues if you misplay
Oracle has been really fun for me. Beefier shields feel really good in pugs too tbh.

You can easily do 10s as Oracle. You will miss out on a ton of damage. Voidweaver damage is double that of other healers. You should be able to easily pull 400-500k which is like bringing 1/4th of an extra DPS with you.
Voidweaver also allows you to do massive healing during every MB, which is up constantly. There’s very few healing checks even at 11-12 were you can’t get by with your basic rotation and press evang if things go bad.
For what it’s worth, I’m just above 640 ilvl and the build I’ve been running on Oracle I put out ~350k most the time.
Voidweaver IS better DPS for sure - and it’s generally what I’d advise people take if they’re looking to be as effective as possible in dungeons. But Oracle is absolutely viable, and it’s not getting outpaced by 2x the damage right now.
For a frame of reference, the highest I’ve done this season were 10 DFC, and missed timing a Workshop 11 by ~30s this season (due to a final boss wipe because people ate double the mega zaps :P) running oracle. And I do feel like there’s room to push higher - will probably be attempting more 10s/11s this weekend since I have tier started now.
I haven’t hit any healing checks that felt like it was anywhere near unbeatable. Maybe the only one I think is truly difficult (and needs CDs) is actually ironically that fish after the 3rd boss of Floodgate, lol. And the upside of Oracle is it does really well into some of the pain points of Voidweaver. The single target damage funnel from the lightweavers in priory, for example. I have a way rougher time on VW and just other healers in general, where on oracle it usually just takes a PW:S or 2.
Ultimately, if you’re going for title keys, I honestly think you could get it with both now - but VW is probably the better spec for M+ damage and pull patterns.

The Voidweaver specialization is regarded as the preferred Discipline hero spec for Mythic+ dungeons, as it allows the player to forgo healing damage or crowd control, assuming the enemies are eliminated quickly.

Don’t, it’s boring. Oracle makes me wanna actually play priest again. I don’t really know what I’m doing but it’s too much fun.

I think it matters if you PUG or have a consistent M+ group too. Oracle can deal with the unpredictability of PUGs very well. And if you’re in a group, you’d learn when to take advantage of VW’s damage.
