Simple, yet not so simple, question.
Anyone using OptiScaler with World of Warcraft?
I’ve used it with other games and would like to play around with it with World of Warcaft, but I don’t want Warden to flag it since it relies on DLL injection.
For those of you who don’t know what I’m talking about but might be curious:
Too bad. Warden will flag it, and that alone is enough.
The fact that it interferes with the rendering chain would be a second (but unnecessary) strike.
If the devs want to support upscaling and AI framegen, they’ll add it themselves.
Respectfully, lets not spread misinformation.
ReShade works just fine in WoW and does not get flagged by Warden. It also relies on DLL injection.
It straight up tells you on their github page that using it in online games will get you banned because it sets off anticheats. If you have an nvidia card just turn on smooth motion in the nvidia app which lets you turn on framegen driver side and is completely fine.
