In cata classic the option to turn the dragon soul buff back on after it has been removed is missing. Talking to the npc that removes the buff does not give the option to turn it back on.
This is impacting lockouts negatively because some troll can go and turn the buff off and ruin the entire lockout for everyone.
Please fix asap!
