Could we get an option to hide the flag on the vicious war mounts?
I really like some of the mounts like the vicious/prestigious war wolves and would love to use them but the flag bopping up and down on their behinds the whole time is a deal-breaker.
Could we get an option to hide the flags like the way we can hide armor pieces in transmog? Some of these mounts have really nice models and they’d probably see more use if the flag was optional.
The reason you can hide armor pieces for transmog is because those are separate from your character model by design.
The mounts are modeled much the same way your base character is. It is one single model, not separate interchangeable pieces. Doing this would require the designers to remodel and restructure the mounts.
Additionally, if they did this for that flag, people would then want this same treatment for things like the head armor of certain mounts, the body armor, etc. they would end up having to go back and restructure all of the mounts
The flag seems like a discreet easily separable part of the mount that could be removed with a bit of coding.

You’re right in that it would be easy; but with all the negative going on in WOW right now, and the major things that are not getting touched, I don’t see this making the to-do list.
