I’m not sure which is a higher priority, and can only make one. I have sim them both, but talents change which one will give me better results. At same time I looked at some high tier-list players and they have the gloves.
Looking from someone who knows what is a safer choice as I will not likely get another Enchanted Runed Harbinger Crest soon.
If you think you might get heroic tier i’d craft on bracers.
Otherwise can craft gloves.
You also should be getting close to getting a bunch of runed crests from reputations.
Is looking at top players from WoW Logs a good indicator of what gear is best? Wowhead and Icyviens I don’t always follow cause of sims give me different results than what they list.

To be honest a lot of it can be simply due to your ilvl. Since WH/IV make their bis lists in max gear for the tier, so if you’re missing 30 ilvls, you’re also getting less of secondaries, which might result in diff top gear.

If you have 4 set it’s recommended to craft gloves due to the stat distribution on tier gloves is meh.
It really just depends on what you’re doing content wise too.
The embellishment doesnt scale with iLvl and bracers/back lose the smallest amount of stats with the ilvl drop for crafted gear.
