It’s like 40x stronger than a gaming desktop from when WoW came out
What he didn’t tell you is he is running the game at 640x480
what kind of optimization do you think it needs?
I understand what you are getting at, but we are not robots, and our eyes don’t have a framerate, so talking about aliasing isn’t quite right.
Also, how “fast” our eyes see is also not uniform across your visual field. The edges of your sight are “faster” than the central part.
Why would you run your resolution that low… holy cow… lmao
To brag about 400 fps heheh
My laptop is only slightly more powerful than yours but I have no issues at all. Cap at 60 and keep settings on 7. You don’t need 100+ fps in WoW.
3060M is comparable to a 1070, maybe even lower. No wonder you’re seeing the FPS you see
No problem with SL, 120-150 in orb. DF vald kills the fps, seen rediit complaints too.
How the hell are you level 60 and factionless?
400 fps is a avg these days, you got setups that are over 1000fps and crash games…
Leveled by picking herbs. Google his name and you will see he is (in)famous (5 to 7 years ago anyway). I didn’t realize he still had posting privileges here to be honest, as there was some controversy with his behavior online.
Oh wait that’s him? Didn’t realize it was lol. I thought he stopped playing WOW
Yeah. He’s the “get giant” guy though, not the original DoubleAgent guy.
The original Doubleagent has been posting a little bit over the last couple of months.
Overcompensating for short comings.
Same reason people who don’t race buy Ferraris
You can still get exp on the isle from gathering, it just takes forever.
DoubleAgent definitely inspired me when he walked up to that forced binary choice and said “No.” But definitely not him.
So, are you stuck on that island forever pretty much because you can’t do the quests there?
Typical GD thread where people focus on something other than the actual topic. Val is a terrible place even for good hardware. So is ED. FR and ZC were fine. No idea why WoW has so many of these problems but it’s always been a thing.
Legion Dalaran remembers.
