Im trying to do an optimal opener for assa. been messing around with a few things.
So far im doing:
M4D > Flag > KS > Garrote > rupture > vendetta/trinket > shiv > Mut to 5 CP > envenom
is this correct? doesn’t feel optimal to be honest. Anyone got a better single target opener?
you’re flagging from stealth? or do you mean burst rotation and not opener
i am flagging from stealth. I figured i don’t want to waste the 5 CP from M4D KS without flag running
should also be noted im running the doomblade legendary
If I’m playing venth assa, I’m doing the one shot build.
My personal is:
cheap(1) healer>muta(2)
Step kidney(3) kill target> muta(4)> (bomb if positioning is good)> shiv> flag> vend/vanish/envenom(1) > mfd > envenom(2)>muta(3)>envenom(4)
Numbers denote crit globals from ma. Crit mutas is 4 cp guaranteed.
ur using vanish offensively? biiiit risky i dunno if i can manage to get a kill in that time, plus like… a stun or disarm stops ur whole opener in its tracks and effs everything up no?
I would recommend using cs from stealth (or garrote on a caster with subterfuge) then mfd->kidney when that cc expires. Otherwise you’re just going to get cc’d instantly, especially if they recognize you just used flag. Also I wouldn’t use flag and vendetta on the initial engagement because they can and will trinket if you use everything. Your opener is going to be pretty weak without MA, I would just cs->shiv->mut> env> mfd>kidney, to try and get a trinket without committing anything. When i play asa I mfd snd from stealth then just cs and apply bleeds, then later do 2 env with mfd and bleeds rolling, ven, flag
