I’ve been thinking about turning my High Mountain Tauren hunter into a pandaren. The reason why being secondary stats like crit are huge for hunters. Which I know pandaren get the double food benefit which does help initially when starting out in an expac.
Wanted to see what everyone thought of it, and what your opinion overall of the pandaren racial value is.
The racial(s) are great. It’s the staring at a panda wherein lies the problem.
I made one long enough to get the turtle mounts and then deleted.
Pandaren is good… Only if you choose the master faction alliance!!!
Jab can be a good get away mechanic too

If you Like Tmog in the slightest I’d go try out a Pandaren hunter with the class trail and just look at gear.
A lot of gear looks bad on them as it stretches around their heads or stomach. They have the same issue that trolls, taurens and draenei have of having little options of boots. Their weapon animations are pretty neat though.
See I just wear pants as my T-mog haha, so that’s not much of an issue to me.
They made the males too big. The females are alright though.
the males is supposed to be big, they are baised off of chen stormstout, whom is absolutely not skinny.

What’s this about a turtle mount? Why do you need a Panda for this?
The value of ANY racial, even whichever one may be “BiS” for your class/spec, is negligible. Legitimately negligible. Please just pick your race for aesthetics.
I have 2 pandaren warrior and a monk, buffs are beneficial.and both are female, mogs look good and I love the dual wielding animation. For pandaren hunter, you can match the cloud serphant perfectly with the race.
Pandaren are fantastic, and I highly recommend one if you enjoy the race and aesthetic options they have. Pair your inate food buff with the alchemist perk, and you’ll get extra benefits!
Their Quaking Palm racial is a good interrupt, especially for classes that need the extra help incase they end up in melee range.

I have to agree. The starting area was way too long.
Pandas just for the dance, the most funny dance in the entire game.

I adore my fluffy Pandas - they are the only characters I don’t make put on the Gnome suit. They also have that lovely bounciness that helps them survive falling off things (which I do all too frequently).
I like pandaren food bonus, less falling damage and their dance, other than that theyre kinda like vulpera and mechagnome… a tragic mistake.
I think I’m a bit biased but Pandaren - Male and Female - can look fantastic as hunters. Ranged or up close - because you use our lovely two handed animation in Survival.
As for those saying we’re mistakes… how?
