It’s definitely not determined by play time per week. casual / hardcore / sweaty whatever is determined by mindset, effort, knowledge and expectations.
i too only play a small amount per week to raid log, but when I am online and raiding I have high expectations of those around me, I am definitely not a casual player, and actively avoid grouping with casual players.
