Opening Obsidian Throne area on alts?

Do we have to follow the main quest on every alt to open it up, or is there a way otherwise? I go to the area and don’t see Wrathion or Sebelian. Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Obsidian Citadel and Dragobane Keep on Alts?

hey i figured it out, you have to fly to the obsidian throne and there is a yellow dragon there. talk to him and he will have a skip for you and it will phase you in and you will be able to pick up all the quests. i guess its similiar to a “ive heard this story before skip”

Thanks, that did help, although the npc won’t spawn for my alts.

There are bug reports that the two of them are missing as of last night.
It’s not just you.

Yesterday they lowered the spawn rate of the mobs in there and perhaps it spilled over to the two dragons?

Yeah, same here. I see Osoria but that’s it. This is bumming. I really wanna skip for my alts.

I clicked do not skip on the yellow dragon by mistake and now I cannot figure out a way to unlock it. I have done all of the quests in the zone
